Helmets
Helmets for cycling are made to fit men, women and kids. A helmet has two parts, a hard outer shell and a soft inner liner. When the helmet is hit, the hard shell spreads the force while the liner absorbs the energy of the impact.
When choosing any helmet, make sure conforms to European (CEN) safety standards.
