These bikes are so very similar to downhill bikes it is hard to tell the difference. However, the two main differences are sightly less suspension travel and they are lighter, which enables them to be ridden not just downhill but through more technical sections.
These bikes are not just designed to go downhill as fast as possible, but to go down the track with as much style as possible, using the features of the trail to provide opportunities for the rider to throw tricks and create new imaginative lines over the terrain.
